Umbrella Plus, also known as Crest Plus Exchange Limited, is our contracting solution designed for employees working on short-term assignments of less than 24 months in any industry sector on a PAYE basis.
Managerial control of the company rests with us, and therefore you are not involved in any way with the obligations placed on the company in relation to taxation, the Companies Act Requirements or other regulatory red tape.
Employment
We provide our employees with a full overarching employment contract, which guarantees a minimum number of hours on a PAYE basis.
Legitimate Business Expenses
As an employee of Crest Plus Exchange Limited, you are entitled to claim for legitimate business expenses incurred while working on assignments for Crest Plus Exchange Limited.
Compliance
Our group structure falls outside the Managed Services Companies – Finance Act 2007, Chapter 9 – and is able to provide compliant solutions and processes to give you peace of mind in your day-to-day working environment.

Our streamlined registration process is designed to make life easy for you. This can be completed either
online or over the phone, where we will talk you through it and pre-populate the registration documents for you.

Our FSA compliant model ensures that Crest Plus Exchange Limited contains a comprehensive package which covers you whilst you are engaged on each individual assignment.

Prompt Payment
We work closely with your agency to ensure that you receive what is owed to you, and will notify you by text message once the payment has been transferred to your chosen account. We will provide you with a pay advice or a payslip as required.
