Umbrella Plus

An umbrella company contracts to provide services to an end client through recruitment agencies. Crest Plus Exchange Limited employs you to deliver your skills, knowledge and abilities on behalf of the company. Managerial control of the company rests with ourselves and, therefore, you are not involved in any way with the obligations placed on the company in relation to taxation, the Companies Act requirements, or other regulatory red tape.

Umbrella Plus - The extra benefits

A full employment contract will give you the right to benefit from all normal statutory entitlements including Sick Pay, Maternity, Paternity and Adoption Pay.

Our computer system delivers cumulative tax calculations. If you miss a week’s work you will benefit from an improved tax allowance in the next week that you work.

We will accumulate holiday pay for you. You will be entitled to draw your holiday pay at any time that you choose, in accordance with the Working Time Regulations 1998.

A wide ranging expenses policy will ensure, so far as possible within Government guidelines, that you are able to recover, tax free, all expenses associated with your delivery of services on behalf of the company.
