IR35 Changes – what’s happening?
Under the current rules, contractors are responsible for working out their IR35 status and paying the correct taxes. From April 2020, that responsibility will switch to end hirers (unless classified as small), with employment agencies becoming liable in the first instance for unpaid taxes.
This means it’s more important than ever for the whole supply chain to work together.
